The Story of Cruse
Raghav Sharma and Samyak Choudhary first met at the prestigious Indian Institute of Technology Bombay. Both were passionate, curious, and always discussing ideas about building something meaningful. While many of their classmates dreamed of careers in tech or finance, Raghav and Samyak often talked about a different problem they saw around them.
They noticed that people had only two choices when it came to clothing: expensive brands with good quality or cheap clothes with poor quality. There seemed to be a gap in the middle — stylish, durable clothes that ordinary people could actually afford.
During late-night hostel conversations and countless cups of chai, the idea for Cruse was born.
After graduating, Raghav and Samyak decided to turn their vision into reality. They wanted to create a clothing brand that offered modern designs, premium-quality fabrics, and affordable prices for both men and women. Their mission was simple: everyone deserves to look stylish without spending a fortune.
They started small, carefully selecting fabrics, working with skilled manufacturers, and focusing on designs that were comfortable, trendy, and long-lasting. Every product was created with attention to detail so customers could feel confident about what they wear.
Slowly but steadily, Cruse began to gain attention. Customers loved the combination of quality, comfort, and affordability — exactly what Raghav and Samyak had envisioned.
Today, Cruse represents more than just clothing. It stands for a belief that great fashion should be accessible to everyone.
From two friends at IIT Bombay to founders of a growing fashion brand, the journey of Raghav Sharma and Samyak Choudhary proves that a simple idea — when driven by passion and purpose — can turn into something extraordinary.
